When I was a kid, I caught a cricket.
I took him to school for show and tell.
I carried him in my little hands, and I took great care not to hurt his fragile body.
The teacher told me people in China think crickets are good luck and that they keep them in cages.
I didn´t like that, so at recess I set him free but as soon as I did, a kid stepped on him, of course I cried but the teacher shapped at me; "Stop wearing your heart on your sleave, kid! These things happen, and you gotta learn that."
